I recently purchased my kitchen,pantry,and 2 bathroom vanity. When the cabinets arrived the design was not what was presented to me. Upon installation the installer tried to touch up one of the cabinets in the kitchen with touch up paint that clearly does not match. When these cabinets were discussed with the designer my concerns were all of the cabinets will be wood not particle board. I placed my order for new cabinets in Aug 2021. They say their lead times are about 6-8 weeks, which is better than most other cabinet companies. The problem is the mistakes. It is March of 2022, and I just received my 3rd delivery (first 2 were incorrect). The entire order is incorrect again. 20 3/4" wide shelves instead of 23". Missing doors and cabinets. I will place order #4 to get corrected and wait another 6-8 weeks. IF (and this is a huge IF), they ship the order correct this time, it will be almost a year to complete... read more
Bathroom vanity and corner unit ordered in July 2021. Cabinet and drawers received in September. As of today December 14 still have not received the doors!! Cannot get a status from Mid Continent Rep. Ridiculous
Had a beautiful kitchen installed in 2017 but the finish is fading off and looks terrible. I understand things wear but 4 years? It's just my wife and I, imagine if I had kids, lol! I am willing to pay to have the door refinished but I was told "They do not refinish doors"...where does this leave us now? SMH....Great product but horrible finishes!
