I have enjoyed many a romantic stroll down the aisles at Mid Columbia Wine and Spirits. Their selection is usually nicely varied between premium and affordable options, the staff are friendly and pretty knowledgeable, and the aisles are clearly labeled and organized accordingly. They have also been easy to work with in the past to request specific labels. Highly recommend if shopping for liquor in the Tri Cities!
