My husband has been going to Ganado Medical Clinic for 10+ years & has always been sent a courteous reminder (by mail or phone) when his 6 month follow up is approaching. Ever since it was bought out by Mid Coast Wellcare, the customer service up front has gone down hill. We no longer receive those friendly reminders. Which doesn’t look good on the wonderful doctors that work there. It’s hard to stay a patient when the customer service doesn’t do their part to keep the established patient informed.
Great, friendly doctor & staff, treated me after I was misdiagnosed by a different clinic. I highly recommend!
