Took me 6 weeks to get an appointment for a knee injury. Cost: over $570. An order for an MRI was never sent to hospital imaging. I messaged practice expressing my concern at not hearing; was told to wait. Got notice of second appointment, but without an MRI, couldn’t have. The person working the phone was nasty. I’ve never been treated so poorly in my life. Won’t go back. Total lack of follow through on any part of my care.
This place is bad for business for mainehealth as they don't leave you with a warm fuzzy feeling.. You go on their site they tote a big game we do this and that your one stop shop . I've never had a referral get turned down but it did there for the first time and their lame excuse was we don't have a doctor that can do it.. fast forward to seeing a real doctor specializing in orthopedics he explains my two options non-surgically and surgically he concluded my visit saying that surgically was going to be the best approach and... read more
