Dr. Hyman is a very thoughtful physician who listened well and was very attentive during the few visits that I have had with him.
My doctor is nice, but I have encountered countless issues with the front office staff. I've had an appointment scheduled without my knowledge. I've had a single appointment scheduled on two different days. They request UP TO 48 hours to process prescription refills, and despite requesting refills 48 to 72 hours before I need to have it, in the years I've been a patient, I can count on one hand the times that my refill was available when I was scheduled to need it.
