I have had nothing but positive experiences here. The office staff is efficient and friendly, and Dr. Pinto listens, explains everything thoroughly, and is very knowledgeable!! I highly recommend Maine Health Rheumatology.
Seriously rude office staff help. All I called for was to ask if a referral (sent on 8/10) was received since I had already called them twice (8/12 & 8/15) before today 8/18...always being told that it wasn't received still! When in fact it was received on 8/12! Each time I called I was told over & over what the new procedure is for their referrals.... Dr. Cooper has always been helpful and definitive but the office help - yikes! Just got off the phone while trying to schedule an appointment and the person I spoke with was impatient and rude. If Dr. Cooper wasn't good, I'd be going elsewhere. Office staff can ruin it for the doctor.
