My daughter and I called ahead to see if they were open and they said til 4 on a Thursday. We showed up at 3:43 only to be told they take their last patient at 3:45, we drove 40 mins to get to this location. The receptionist, Jennifer was rude, greeted us with a sigh and a scowl, like we were a burden to be there. We left without being seen by the “Doctor”. We will never return to this facility, ever. A 1 out of 10.

-Walk in Clinic- Sign and website say open until 7pm. We showed up at 6:23 to be told they were no longer taking patients for the day. I would change the sign and website as not to mislead individuals looking for care.

I try to give this place a shot a second time and negative energy from walk in clinic ! Rudeeeeeeee employee today at 11:22am First encounter I had was xray clerk who cannot read that my daughter need xrays on BOTH legs even my daughters pcp came her out for being rude and ridiculous

Amy Gonzalez-Townsend is an absolute godsend. Absolutely exemplary care. She is kind, thorough, and thoughtful. She calls when she says she's going to call, even when it means staying after hours. I went in for an intake appointment just to turn in some paperwork, I even brought my infant with me thinking it would take 5 min.
