Went in a Saturday and it was a mess. I called at 1pm because apparently they close at 2 to make sure my reservation could be done timely like the checkout and everything, or if I needed to reschedule. The girl on the phone gave me the code and lock number to pick up my keys and told me to do the check in online...she was apparently not supposed to because I never received a contract and she didn't tell me how to do it properly despite telling her multiple times I never received a code. Rented an after hours uhaul for something very important and was left with no keys. Customer service tried to help but none of their after hours uhauls actually had keys. The thing needing picked up was medically timed sensitive and customer service would not make it right to get the item, expecting us to wait days to get anything done. It ended up costing us more to hire movers as we are disabled and the help we had was also time allotted. An elderly person spent days in unnecessary excruciating pain because of this. As a business/owner - Boss ' opinion ,a Coworker/employee is not beneficial to this business. As I vacated this facility in 2 days"" Unbothered"" by the way"", I noticed all units in that section, which in fact ,,, I counted at least a dozen',,, that are empty ,🔓 If I recall to recollect my memory''' not to mention- is exceptionally Sharp" by the way ....we're not, when I leased my unit.
