I had an issue where my furnace was not operating correctly right as we were about to enter a cold spell and they were able to fit me into their day. The technician found the issue and had it resolved within an hour of arriving. The pricing was very reasonable and I will definitely be calling them for any future HVAC or plumbing needs. I highly recommend Mid-City, amazing work!

This company is an absolute joke. The owner is even worse. Called these guys to help me with my furnace. After showing up they told me that my furnace core is cracked and needs to be replaced but not to worry because it's under warranty. I asked the technician onsite and on the phone multiple times and was assured that there would be no bill. The furnace core has 20 year warranty. My wife even called back to triple check before we told them to proceed. So they fixed the core. Put it back in. Furnace appears to be working aga... read more
