I don’t normally give reviews but If I could give Zero stars I would…… the receptionist were great couldn’t say the same about the older lady behind the desk an ob maybe? I've always wanted a copper IUD but I've had severe anxiety about the process due to the general belief that it is extremely painful. However, Bridget explained the process incredibly well and educated me on why having a full bladder eliminates the risk of having severe pain. The worse part was simply having such a full bladder during the procedure! Bridget has been so incredibly patient with me, and I'm so so grateful. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my IUD and general ogbyn care.
All 3 front desk ladies were beyond disrespectful and unhelpful and not understanding at all towards my 29 week pregnant wife. Very lazy and ignorant people that need to be trained more thoroughly how to do a simple reception job, ha.
I see both Dr. Seeman and her NP Lisa for various appointments and they are phenomenal providers. Both make me feel seen and heard, I never feel rushed at my appointments, and I leave feeling empowered and like I have a plan. This is the type of womans health care I've always been looking for; I can't thank them enough.
