The midwives were very receptive to my questions and compassionate to my life as a human first and foremost. They were respectful to my wishes and very kind. I felt extremely comfortable and grateful to have Laura as my delivery midwife. I previously had a scary situation with my first born at a different hospital and Laura was very gentle in her care of my son’s birth. All 3 front desk ladies were beyond disrespectful and unhelpful and not understanding at all towards my 29 week pregnant wife. Very lazy and ignorant people that need to be trained more thoroughly how to do a simple reception job, ha.

Where to even start. Such a disappointing turn of events. Highly recommend if you don't want them to mess up your billing and double bill your insurance and then turn around and Sue you!! Yes actually sent someone to my house to serve me. How incredibly insulting. Over $300! Needless to say will never recommend their office again or ever go back! Beyond disappointed.
