I had a great stay! The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my visit. Would definitely stay here again.
Love this place! Manager is lovely. Bring insect repellent as right on the river. Close to everything, shopping centre, restaurants everything walking distance. Absolutely love it. Thankyou Arif!
I called to make a booking. After giving my card details, i double checked about the cancellation policy (as its for work and things change), on the website is says free cancellation up until 2 days before stay, yet the person said no, it was 50% payment on any cancelation. I brought up the policy on their website, then was rudely and abruptly told, sorry i cannot take this booking and then was hung up on.
Very central to the Main Streets of Mackay, rooms are clean and spacious, pool is beautiful and clean. The highlight of this hotel is definitely the lovely receptionist who has made this stay enjoyable and pleasant.
The stay was very good and I enjoyed it. The rooms are very spacious and the beds very comfortable.
