Good location, early check-in also possible, rooms clean. Good hotel, though slightly noisy, and breakfast is separately packed for self-service in the fridge at reception, available all day till 7pm.

Location and rooms were ok. Phone service could be way better. I called in to ask if I left any personal stuff in the room I was in for the night and was abruptly told "I don't know, ok bye". I should have been told, "I'm not sure, but I can follow up on who done the cleaning after you've checked out and get back to you" I would have kindly gave a great review on the Phone Service.
Not much warmth from staff - requests were met, but they seemed annoyed that I was speaking to them. Mattress needed replacing 3 years ago.
