I rang this place to book a room staff was friendly but didn’t like the fact she wanted all my details & credit card number b4 I even got there or saw the room she charged my credit card straight away so bad luck if when I got there I didn’t like the room I was already charged for it bit pushy I think ! When I opened the door to the room there was a strong smell I think paint smell or new carpet smell as room was renovated recently . This put me off a bit & had to put up with that smell all nite ! The room I stayed in (August 2025) had just been renovated/updated, and it was very well done. The bathroom in particular was fantastic and well above what you'd usually expect in this price bracket. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I had a great night's sleep. Well located in the centre of Warrnambool.
