Refuses to give me my $ back , when she has acknowledged receipt, acknowledged refund, "stating refund by check" which seems to mean "checks in the mail"? I've requested this almost 3 weeks now?? I've finally received my money back, almost a month. Idk if the check got "lost in the mail" or games. I gave her a 3 day notice of writ of demand prior to court filing, she Finally Answered ME, my cousin caught her in the office almost a month later, she actually cut a check and gave it to my cousin. Like everyone else said, the owner is very nice. Included in the larger units I know there is electric and alights on the ceiling which is great! The location is convenient to major in are sections and very easily Accessible. The neighborhood is not a badd neighborhood the only thing wrong in the neighborhood is there is a Salvation Army right next door and an apartment complex that is "the hood".
