Bad cust. service – I went in to get a custom screen. I asked for aluminum frame. The guy never asked me what color. All the screens that ive ever seen installed on houses, the frames were white. So my ignorant self got there expecting white aluminum frames : ) I talked to the manager, some older oriental guy, he said since the white aluminum are more expensive, I wasn't given the choice because quote " This is Compton, and no one is going to want to spend more.
