Mid city builds a quality pool.
Wow. I am so impressed with the craftsmanship of MCCP’s work! They take customer service VERY seriously. Recommended to all my neighbors, so excited for July bbqs !!!
10/10 Pool Company !!! The built an amazing pool for my home and it will stay for years to come ! Their management and workers and very nice , efficient and so knowledgeable and professional!! I if you need a pool I would definitely recommend them as a company you would not get any service better than them !!!! The front office lady is amazing as well who answers the phone and they were so quick to come and get straight to work !!! Never had a better company than MCCP 🩵
Must read to the end!! Customer service seemed fantastic at first. Follow up and follow through was stellar!! However we needed to call them back for an issue with the pool light, to which they said it was not under warranty and would be a service call and to call the contractor they recommended. All for an item that would probably take 20 minutes and a new light ring to fix. The pool came with a 3 year warranty and still has a little under two years left. **Update** New photo added, to show the carnage of our backyard demolition process. This review is not about a poorly constructed pool. It is entirely the result of MCCP not honoring their word and their warranty - ghosting us so they can avoid the problem. It only made things more disastrous for our family and is costing us tens of thousands of dollars. Hundreds if we choose to rebuild from scratch.
