Roof replaced on a rental in the French Quarter. Topher did a wonderful job. Courteous, knowledgeable, transparent, available, and extremely helpful thoroughout the process. Worked with the tenant to make it as easy as possible.

I cannot recommend Mid City Construction enough! Topher and his team were prompt, communicative, and collaborative when it came to making decisions about how to approach the work on my historic home. I appreciated their transparency in presenting longevity vs. cost tradeoffs and when considering different solutions to water intrusion and answering my endless questions. The team was polite, efficient, and tidy. I already have another project in the works with Mid City and will continue to recommend them loudly!
From the first meeting with Topher, to the crew finishing the project, we couldn't have been more pleased with the process and the outcome. Topher’s communication style is direct and succinct. The foreman on the project was fantastic at keeping the crew focused. And the clean-up made our place look as though they’d never been there. We’re beyond happy with our new fortified roof.
Mid City Construction built a historically accurate building and courtyard for me in the French Quarter. From demolition to final construction they did a wonderful job of meeting the requirements of the VCC, the design of the architect, and modifications to meet my needs.
