i have only had one nose piece for the last three months, the first and one and only one you have issued me. your tech finally shows up while and its while i was back in the hospital and two hours out of surgery and not very awake I just wanted him to go away so i could sleep. i talked to the office and told them i was going on vacation and they sent techs to house twice while i was out of town, I had to talk to them thru the ring device. i am back in town and tried to call the office it's 12:19 and got the message i have ca... read more
