The doctors, nurses and staff at this place are all wonderful. With it being a direct primary care model, the doctors take the time to really get to know you as their patient and don’t rush you out the door. They are receptive, have a phenomenal response time (even after hours) and are knowledgeable about a plethora of healthcare issues. They lean more towards preventative than retroactive treatment. They are a wonderful fit for me, my husband and two teenage daughters.
I truly believe That maybe once in a lifetime, if you are incredibly fortunate, you find a Physician that not only listens to you, but truly, HEARS you. Dr. Kara Farley is that physician for me. From the very beginning, I felt that my concerns mattered. She takes the time to listen, never makes me feel rushed or dismissed, and truly strives to understand what I am asking for and what I hope to accomplish. Dr. Farley is very accessible and has great insight for general healthcare. Rest of the staff is awesome as well!
My whole family has switched over to Mid Cities Primary Care. Dr. Farley and Dr. Clem are wonderful and we love the whole staff. From the time you arrive, all through your appointment, the care shown by the Dr.'s and staff is second to none. We love having patient care as the focus of every visit, instead of insurance coding, or time restraints as we experienced at other doctor's offices. Great practice!
