I’ve known the Welch family for years. I have had 2 vehicles worked on by Mid-Cities Classics, my C5 Corvette and most recently my 1972 Chevy C10. As with many of these classic vehicles, previous owners have made modifications that are not correctly installed or can create problems that compromise safety and reliability. Jim Welch is a good mechanic but the owner is rude and unorganized and acts like she’s the only shop in the world! She apparently can’t see anyone for 6 months and will have an excuse when you call her back 7 months later. It’s ashame jim sold his buisness to this lady!
The crew is absolutely amazing. I have taken my car to him on multiple occasions, never having to return for the same problem. I highly suggest using them if you have a classic car.
Mid Cities Classics has been my go to shop for my ‘65 C2 for years. Great service and communication. They really know what they are doing.
