I took my 11 year old dog for a blown knee (needs TKR surgery). I was okay with the 3.5 hour + wait but it was UNACCEPTABLE when they left my large dog in a small crate for 20 minutes "in case they needed to do a repeat blood draw." I asked 3 staff members including the vet, Dr. Munsen, to verify my dog was not crated as that would be incredibly painful for her with a blown knee.
