Owner, Mark, is SO unbelievably two-faced and rude. His employee stole my ipad when I hired them to move me. Mover was convicted and found guilty, yet Mark won't take ANY ownership that HE was the one who hired a criminal and obviously did not do a background check. Mark was SO rude on the phone, saying, "Well, IIIIII didn't steal your iPad, you got the conviction, what more do you want?" Well, my money Mark. I want my money back. He is now forcing me to go to civil claims court even though he is clearly in the wrong.

DO NOT BOOK THIS MOVER...READ BBB COMPLAINTS FIRST! I WISH I DID! Service to move my items was scheduled well in advance and was confirmed before the moving date. On the day of the move, they were to arrive at 8:00am and it was now 30 minutes and no mover. I called Mid Cities and Mark answered the phone like I woke him up. He told me he did not follow through on adding me to the schedule. I explained that was unacceptable as I am awaiting to have my items moved and appointments later this day. THE WORST MOVING COMPANY EVER! – WE HIRED MID-CITY MOVERS RECENTLY AND IT WAS THE BIGGEST MISTAKE!! ON THE PHONE, THEY SOUND REAL NICE, BUT THEY ARRIVED LATE, WERE VERY UNPROFFESSIONAL, AND THEY DAMAGED OUR FURNITURE! WHEN WE TRIED TO MAKE A CLAIM, THE FIRST WORDS OUT OF THE OWNER MIKE'S MOUTH WAS "I'M NOT PROCESSING THE CLAIM, YOU CAN SUE ME IF YOU WANT, BUT I'M NOT PAYING!" THIS WAS SAID DAMAGE UNSEEN FROM HIM! IF YOU NEED TO MOVE, DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! THEY MAY SOUND GOOD OVER THE PHONE, BUT THEY ARE CROOKS!!
