This is a great company. I called them up and the next day someone came right over and took care of my bed bugs. They were the cheaper than the other people that I called. And they didnt try to sell me all this other crap that I would never use.
They did a good job. I called 3 days ago to take care of a wasp problem. And they came in and took care of the issue right way.This is a good company and for the price, they matched and beat all the other companyss that I called for quotes

Mid-central came to my home to treat bedbugs. The company was referred by a friend, after I had a bad experience with 2 top pest control companies (Terminex and Orkin) not even showing up or calling.The Technician at Mid Central was knowledgable, helpful, professional, courteous and called to see if he could come a half an hour early!! I plan to continue using this company.

They never come when they say they will. The new employees use very little spray where past employees would apply a lot of spray. They have allowed our facility to become overcome with Slab Ants and Roaches. We cal them and call them and they do not respond. Today Im sitting and waiting for them, they are hours late and a whole Sat. will be wasted waiting for them. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE GUYS.

I do not trust this company. I contracted for service 6/5/08 and paid \$1025 for 3 months service. Because my husband did not agree with contract which by the way I did not sign but did give them a check, I cancelled the following day on 6/6/08. THEY CASHED THE CHECK. Since that time I have been trying to get my money back and instead I get many, many, many excuses and "check in the mail" type comments. No refund received yet! 8/13/08 ALL I WANT IS A CHECK FOR SERVICES NOT RENDERED!
