I had a blow out while traveling and had to put on my donut to get to destination. Called this store and they said they had a used tire for $50. My wife took it there to get replaced. They replace tire on rim and went to remove donut and hit it with impact gun and stripped out the lug. They tried saying it was cross threaded when installed. I changed tire on side of road by hand and know that's not the case. They said they can't get donut off that we have to take it to "mechanic" as they only do tires only.
