Tiffany was incredibly kind and helpful when I called to resolve some billing issues. She is, by far, the best representative I’ve spoken with at Mid Carolina. From the moment she answered the phone, she had a warm, welcoming spirit and handled everything with professionalism, patience, and genuine care. If there were 10 stars I would give them. The crew that came to repair poles that were damaged in an accident were incredible. The company kept us informed of the process to take place of the repair. Over the process of a week, they replace two light poles.... reran the wires...and sent follow up.
