SCAM ALERT!! Do not sign up here if you ever plan on canceling your membership. First off, they let my 15 yr old brother sign up for a membership without an adult present. A few months later he decided to cancel because he wasn't able to go often. Called them and was told we had to call back during a certain time, did that and was told you have to email your request. Did that and was told can only be done in person on a certain day & time. Went there to cancel, was told no manager here to process the cancellation. It was obv... read more

good clean facility---machines all work well . Administarative area is a bit scetchy. I paid two days early in april---i was due april 3 and paid april 1-----they took the two days away and made me due may 1 and not may 3 as it should be.My money comes in on may 2---i need the days i owned. No workin with them yet---this happened yesterday and a promised phone call back never happened and three visites in person last night were not successful. I tried to pay extra to get the two days back so i could get to my next payday----... read more
