Had mid-can in Yorkton install picture window/grids. Had seal broken on both outside windows and notified and showed pictures of fogged windows. They explained because the house was warm inside and cold outside of window it causes fog between glass. Saw the seal was damaged, but thought we are stupid consumers. Husband tried approaching them directly to replace windows, but told him they no longer sell windows/grids. Got our money and did not honor warranty on these windows, which states are replaceable if seal damaged. Sham... read more
Needed a replacement shelf for China cabinet. Went in and spoke to the man and he explained the difference between polished and sanded. Chose sanded and it looks fantastic! Price was very reasonable as well. Thanks!
