Like living in Cuba. The view was amazing but the building is falling apart and people are yelling in Spanish from the top floor to the ground. It was an adventure.
Having been a tenant for almost half a decade and moving to so many homes that I lost count, I can honestly say this has been THE WORST PLACE to live at. I read a review on this place prior to moving here mentioning greedy owners but I disregarded it since I had no better option at the time for Miami but boy was it not only true but even worse that I could imagine. Make sure you do your research.... there are plenty of reviews over the last 10 years about this place that are 100% accurate. Landlord ( Bill Patel) is a THIEF AND A CON. Tries to rent out inhabitable unit and will blame you for HIS PROBLEMS that he WONT FIX.
