I didn't even use this company because they wouldn't even come out here to give me an estimate unless my husband was here too.What is it, 1955? I get that they want to seal the deal the day they're here and get us to sign a contract, but it's a really sleazy business practice. Plenty of other contractors out there to choose from.
We had constant basement flooding problems. We made all sorts of investments to fix the problem before we heard of Mid-Atlantic. We called Mid-Atlantic, they came and installed there system in just three days and our basement has been bone dry ever since! We especially liked the lifetime guarantee for the product! I had your company Mid Atlantic rehab my basement it turned out to be the best thing I ever did in regard to our home.
Had a wet basement,called MidAtlantic easy to make appointment,staff was polite and well informed about water problems. Came to job on time, were very neat and concerned about my personal property. In 2 days job was completed. We waited for the rain. Well in 3 days it poured, our basement was completly dry! First time in 10 years, after trying other types of waterproofing. All I can say is if you have a water problem, save money, call the best- Mid-Atlantic.
Jesse Goldstein came out to assess our needs and give us an estimate. He was very knowledgable,friendly and spent a long time explaining why our basement's condition had deteriorated and how Mid-Atlantic would correct this problem.
