Dr. Melograna has been a consumate professional and I have enjoyed working with him. No frills, no gimicks just honest discussion of my conditions with sound recommendations on the next step. Will stay with him for as long as he remains in practice... Wish more were like him.
No one hardly EVER answers the phone! God help you if you ever need to talk to a human being there.
Avoid this practice and save yourself a lot of aggravation. If you can manage to get through to a person, the Staff is extremely unprofessional, the Annapolis office hardly ever answers the phone even during business hours! And don't even think about asking for refills on medication, those requests will be definitely be ignored. Also don't waste your time leaving a message, your call will not be returned. You can most definitely find a better urologist, and that's exactly what I'm doing!
This Dr prescribed my recovering heroin addicted son oxycodone with the knowledge of his history. Needless to say he relapsed and never recovered. Now, my son is deceased. If I had known then what I know now I would have given Dr Frank Melograna a piece of my mind!
