I am very disappointed with the experience we had with this doctor. My 76-year-old mother had an appointment, and unfortunately, we arrived 10 minutes late due to traffic. Despite explaining the situation, the doctor refused to see her. I had even requested time off to accompany my mother to her appointment. The staff showed a complete lack of empathy and understanding, especially considering my mother’s advanced age, the unexpected traffic delays, and the distance we traveled from Woodbridge. Wonderful care from Drs and staff
I cannot say enough positives about this practice in general and Dr. Horbach in particular. I was very nervous about a significant procedure and she explained in great detail what would be happening and what to expect. I saw another review about her drawings. They are a FANTASTIC tool to remind you of what you may have forgotten while in the office.
