⸻ I was misled by a representative of Mid Atlantic company, Neal Patel, regarding the cost of replacing my roof. He specifically told me that I would not have to pay anything out of pocket and that the company would take care of the deductible. Based on that information, I agreed to move forward with the roofing job. After the work was completed, I was told I am now responsible for a $3653 deductible—an amount that was never disclosed to me beforehand.
