I had a good experience and would recommend. Our roof was replaced as a result of hail damage. We had planned to go with another roofing company that a relative had used in the past. Robert, our sales person came to our house and despite me telling him we had another roofer in mind, still took the time to explain things after I had asked a question. Mid-Atlantic was awesome to work with for our full roof replacement. All the way through the process from the initial roof evaluation to managing the insurance claim and coordinating the one day installation. It was a professional one-stop-shop with customer service and satisfaction at the forefront of what they do. They even cleaned out our gutters while they were up there!
