Dishonest crooks in the propane business. Back in January, I called to get 200 gallons, as my tank was at 12%. (I have a 500 gallon tank) I came home a few days later to the invoice on my front porch. As I always do, I went to check the tanks gauge. I was shocked to see that they only brought it up to 25% (no way in hell 200 gallons only gets me to 25%, and I started with 12% already). Unresponsive for days at a time when calling for service - after repeatedly calling I was eventually told ( by their secretary, not even a manager or owner ) that our business wasn’t worth the trouble to them. Had been a customer for 2 years. Unprofessional and disappointing experience
Everyone from the office to the actual system set-up has been amazing. They quickly and efficiently handled my needs and were on time for any appointments. Great service all the way around.
