I am a long time Toro customer. On August 15, I brought a brand new Timecutter 50" from Mid-Atlantic because my last Timecutter hydro went out. Jason, Rob, and the team were very nice. I didn't take time to do a full inspection at pickup and noticed some paint wear to the seat plate (it appeared to be from the shipping crate) after arriving home.
