Nice facility, friendly front desk staff, and the office is easy to reach for scheduling & administrative help. Quality of care depends on the provider. Dr. Khan is excellent. He practices compassionate care, thorough assessment techniques, and has great communication & bedside manner. He is able to take a difficult situation and meet you where you're at, explaining in a delicate manner to help a patient feel supported. Dr Rochelle Cunningham is a wonderful doctor. She listens and really cares. The nurses and staff are so friendly and polite. I highly recommend if you need a nephrologist.
Felt like I was being rushed at my appointment with the doctor. I called about medication effects and two days I have received no response.
