Very rude and unprofessional staff
Dr Sood is by far the best doctor I’ve ever met. I love her so much and she makes everyone feel like they are apart of her family. However trying to get an appointment after the cancel your medication saying you have to have another appointment is impossible. I’m terrible at going to the doctors to begin with. But when I do try to schedule an appointment it’s near impossible to ever get anyone on the phone. I’ll start by saying Dr.Sood is amazing! Really loved having another WOC as my PCP. She listened and provided necessary referrals and practical solutions to any problems I had. Her office staff on the other hand, unusually unresponsive, unhelpful, and unprofessional. My physical that was scheduled a year in advanced was just canceled a week before my scheduled date and I didn’t receive a personal call from the office staff to reschedule just an automated message that I should call them…and when you do call the office be prep... read more
