Everyone that i met today was very nice and professional, but I want to shoutout Audra ( sorry I know I spelled that wrong), she is the tech that did my mammogram today. I was so anxious and tearful as I did an ultrasound at a mobile breast screening company that showed an abnormality. Audra walked me through the whole process and explained everything step by step. She was so kind, gentle and positive and helped me to relax. I'm so grateful, thank you Audra.
Thank you, to Lauren, front desk team, and those involved with mammogram and the breast scan imaging. I have been going here since: 2018. These ladies are truly kind and patient! Updated Review: Mixed Experience — Be Prepared for Delays When I first left my appointment, I gave it 5 stars. The staff were kind and understanding—especially when I got emotional during the mammogram. The front desk team was helpful, and the technicians made me feel cared for and safe. When you show up nervous for your first mammogram & the lady looks at me & says you should reschedule when you're not pregnant. Me: huh?! 🤔 She doubles down & repeats herself. Me: I'm not pregnant what are you talking about? Her: OMG I thought you had a baby bump. Me: Um no, I'm just fat, thanks for pointing it out. 🙄 Other office lady: omfg 😲 Her: omg I'm so sorry. Me: I've had 8 kids so my uterus is just kinda there... But once again, thanks for pointing it out 🙄
Unprofessional and couldn’t care less about HIPAA. They used full names when talking to people and loudly discussed medical information of the people that were coming in there. The lady who does the exam is not careful. I’ve had several mammograms, no one has ever been that rough. I was sore after and it was just a routine annual exam. Go to another location. This location is not indicative of the care this medical group normally provides.
