Updated Review: Mixed Experience — Be Prepared for Delays When I first left my appointment, I gave it 5 stars. The staff were kind and understanding—especially when I got emotional during the mammogram. The front desk team was helpful, and the technicians made me feel cared for and safe. When you show up nervous for your first mammogram & the lady looks at me & says you should reschedule when you're not pregnant. Me: huh?! 🤔 She doubles down & repeats herself. Me: I'm not pregnant what are you talking about? Her: OMG I thought you had a baby bump. Me: Um no, I'm just fat, thanks for pointing it out. 🙄 Other office lady: omfg 😲 Her: omg I'm so sorry. Me: I've had 8 kids so my uterus is just kinda there... But once again, thanks for pointing it out 🙄
Unprofessional and couldn’t care less about HIPAA. They used full names when talking to people and loudly discussed medical information of the people that were coming in there. The lady who does the exam is not careful. I’ve had several mammograms, no one has ever been that rough. I was sore after and it was just a routine annual exam. Go to another location. This location is not indicative of the care this medical group normally provides.
I had a mammogram and ultrasound. Was in and out in about 30 minutes with minimal wait time. Everyone was very friendly, and they called with my results in two hours. What more could you ask for!
Many thanks to: Brittany and Tara (office manager) who worked hard to assure me, prior issues with this company are being corrected. Anyone, reading this review knows that this office has been in “Chaos!” These ladies have worked overtime to correct the issues! I am GRATEFUL for their Kindness and Compassion while working with me! Because, I was not going to come back to this facility! But, their education, assistance, and assurance that things have been corrected made me feel comfortable coming back!
