They work with IR Services towing company who destroyed my soft top on my jeep wrangler! They both keep pointing fingers at each other and not admit to their negligence!!!
Absolutely horrible customer service. I’ve heard nothing but bad things from other finance companies. I highly do NOT suggest.
Beware of this company. Managers and customer service need lessons in customer service. Not to mention the horrible accountability.
