Thank you! Compassionate doesn’t begin to describe it and the team is beyond impeccable. I was updated consistently after my cat’s treatment and she quarantined in what I would describe as the Shangri-la of feline accommodation.
I highly recommend Mid Atlantic Feline Thyroid Center! I brought my 14-year-old cat, Saphira, in August for the I-131 treatment after managing her hyperthyroidism with diet alone for 2.5 years. I was nervous about leaving her, but Dawn immediately calmed my nerves. We had such a great experience here! Chose to drive an hour and a half out of state because of the level of expertise, care and attention to detail — and the staff did not disappoint! As someone who has never been away from their cat like this before, I felt completely reassured that she was in great hands. The daily check-ins, efforts to keep her calm and cat cam helped so much. My cat received treatment here last month. I can’t say enough good things about my experience. From the initial phone call to inquire about treatment until the day we picked our cat up after the treatment, every single interaction was one of kindness, compassion and care. The daily updates and the accessible camera to see our cat made the entire experience easier on us. I would highly recommend them!!!
