The staff here care deeply about cats and their health, they made every effort to make sure our kitty was comfortable and not stressed. Communication was detailed and clear, with daily status updates. Dawn and Stephanie are stars and top notch veterinary professionals. We were confident that our cat was getting the best possible care here. Thank you!
Highly recommend! They took great care of my cat Tucker. They are extremely responsive to any questions beforehand and provide updates throughout the entire process. There is a camera to livestream in the cubby and they will text you twice a day with detailed updates. It’s obvious they love kitties here and provide an awesome service. Worth every penny!
Though quarantine is necessary, it can cause anxiety for pet guardians, while most pets tolerate the separation pretty well. Our 13 year old cat Sookie surely did. It helped so much to be able to monitor and even speak (quietly!) to her. Her digs were top notch and her nurse, the amazing Dawn, was flexible and went the extra mile to ensure Sookie's comfort. The treatment succeeded as confirmed by two follow up lab results. We are beyond grateful for this hoped-for result and for the superb care at this facility.
We cannot recommend Mid Atlantic Feline Thyroid Center enough! We received two daily text updates about our cat and had access to a camera to check in on him throughout his stay. Thank you so much to Dr. R, Dawn, and Stephanie for their fabulous communication and for taking time to give so much love to our cat. You are the best!!
This was the second time I’ve taken my cats here. I can’t say enough good things about MAFTC. I have a center much closer to me but did not get that warm and fuzzy feeling when talking with them. MAFTC is very good at what they do and really give top care. Hopefully I won’t need this type of treatment again but if I do they are the only place I’ll take my cats to.
