Simply wonderful care. They were extremely helpful with preparation, discharge, and aftercare information, let me know exactly what tests were needed beforehand, and provided all of the pricing information up front. The facility wher our kitty stayed was spacious and comfortable, with "cat TV" to watch and a Wi-Fi camera so I could watch her and talk to her, both of which she liked. Can’t say enough positive things about the Mid Atlantic Feline Thyroid Center. I picked up my cat, June Carter, today from the hospital, and I knew I had to write a review of the care that the team at the feline thyroid center provided. From the time June was diagnosed with hyperthyroidism, the support from Stephanie to get the appointment scheduled and communicate with her normal veterinarian was top-notch. I took my cat here a few years ago. My cat was pampered and did well.
WOW!! This place is amazing. For scheduling and making sure everything was in place you deal with Stephanie. She was extremely helpful and on top of everything. For check-in and all things related to my cats stay you deal with Dawn. Again she was extremely helpful and on top of everything. She text every day with status. She will do it twice a day if you want. Both Stephine and Dawn are Registered Veterinary Technicians. There was a camera in my cat's cubby so I could peek in on him. I couldn't recommend this place more.
