Excellent experience with MEMA staff at Novant Matthews ER. Staff was prompt, knowledgeable, thorough and kept me informed through the entire treatment cycle.
Did not receive a bill but was then sent to collections. Terrible care from the ER physician anyway so I don't even know what I'm paying for.
Don’t even know what to do. In the same situation as nearly every review below. Took an ambulance to Novant hospital in Huntersville, NC. Currently making payments on the visit through Novant. Separate bill from Charlotte Medic for the ambulance. Then this bill from Mid-Atlantic Emergency. Went to collections before I could even get time to pay it. A surprise bill taking advantage of a trip to the ER. I already had a bill from Novant paid so I had to call my I insurance to make sure the bill was even real. They spelled my name so incredibly wrong and their payment website had glitches. Sneaking third parties in to the er is so scummy and these people should be ashamed of themselves.
Dr Melanie Artho was amazing! She was thorough and very clear in explaining everything.
