Tim came out from Overhead Door and he has been Great! He remembered my account and made sure to inspect previous work. Tim always looks for ways to remedy problems vs. just saying “Sorry but you need to replace the door for these reasons…” I appreciate his understanding and trying to do what is best for his client. He is certainly an asset to the Overhead Door Co.!
