Our door wouldn't go up and our motor was smoking. We called on a Thursday and they were here Monday morning. Tim did an amazing job! He walked me through options, explained to me in terms I could understand what the problem was and the best way to fix it, told me about the longevity, and didn't rush to show me how to use our new products. We got the Destiny1200 with keypad, wall mount, sensors, new springs, and 2 car devices. We are at day 1 with our new product but if the product works as well as Tim then I am sold!
Ask for Brandon M. Changed cables and springs and service garage door within 90 minutes. My garage door is much more silent after the service.
Tim was great! showed him the problem and he went right in and fixed it, no fuss, no muss!! Would use them again!!
We just had Overhead Door Company install a FABULOUS Garage Door! We shopped around and were most impressed with the quality, service, communication and value! They removed the old garage door and installed the new one with care! We are VERY PLEASED!
DELIGHTED!!! Technician (Tim) arrived 1.5 hours after I called, and replaced a broken Torsion Spring on one door and adusted and lubed tracks on Both my garage doors! I am getting ready to go out of town and he saved my bacon as the wife was NOT going to be happy if I left with her door broken!!! Great service! Thanks!
