I talk with Travis over the phone about my crank no start he told me it’ll take an hour for them to diagnose the problem. His hourly rate is $160 which is what I was quoted, which was fine with me. Had the truck dropped off Monday called on a Thursday for an update, he told me they were bouncing between 3 truck and he would call me as soon as he finished it. One of the best diesel shops I’ve used had multiple issues with my truck and after spending thousands at other shops and no luck fixing it brought it to them and they had me up and running in no time amazing customer support and very knowledgeable 10/10 would recommend for anyone that needs work done on their powerstroke.
