The MAC organization, encompassing the administrative personnel, Dr. Schaller, and all intervening staff, consistently delivers exceptional service. The standard of care and empathy extended during my visits is unparalleled. The facilities are outstanding, offering advanced treatments such as hyperbaric oxygen therapy, ocular therapy, and world-class diagnostic capabilities that are likely unique. For individuals who have sustained a head injury, this institution is highly recommended.
I was in a car accident and had a concussion. Glasgow urgent care recommended that I call Mid-Atlantic Concussion Alliance in the morning. I did and I spoke with a person (as opposed to leaving a message). They said they put me on the nurses schedule and she should be calling me back. So I waited. They never called.
Sincere review for Dr. Vincent Schaller, Dr. Sara, and the STAFF at MAC concussion center team. I have been a concussion patient mid-Atlantic concussion center since 2017 after suffering my first severe concussion. Dr Schaller, Sarah and the entire team at Mid-Atlantic Concussion Alliance have been incredible during my 4 year journey through TBI recovery. They are extremely compassionate and have a high level of expertise. It is because of hard work and their expert care and attention my individual needs that I have been able to regain a high level of function and experienced great improvements in symptoms.
