It really depends on the therapist you get. Some are good, some not so good but mainly because they are inexperienced, underpaid, and overbooked. If you have a semi-emergency (not needing inpatient or hospital but just need a very soon appt) good luck. They don’t have enough spots for that because they have to take on too many patients at one time. It’s okay if you need to go monthly or bi-weekly, but anything more than that I suggest elsewhere.
They charged me $75 and weeks later still have not refunded my money. Every week they have another excuse of why or they transfer me and i don’t receive an answer or call back. I will never do sessions here again.
These guys go over and above including Dr. Dan Weintraub a/k/a Dr. Shrinky Dink - a nickname I gave him in fun.
Amanda, is amazing to speak to at the office. If I have a question of any kind she has gone above and beyond to help. I am surprised to read poor reviews about the office staff. The clinicians are excellent and the practice is a great asset to Delaware.
