I recently purchased 10 Takara electric chair bases. I am very happy with the high level of communication through the purchase process to the actual delivery to my salon in California. The Bases were expertly packed and the shipping company did a great job. They all arrived in perfect condition.
It’s super hard for me to believe those who gave this business a one star. First of all, I called for the first time and spoke with Joe. I'm a designer who works with client all over the country. My client in NC found herself in a jam and we needed the Barber Station onsite for an inspection 2 days after I found him. Not only did he make the adjustments we needed but he drove the unit to the jobsite himself. Which was beyond amazing and he solved the problem without fail. So glad that I found him!!
