I’ve now had 2 disappointing experiences with this shop. The first time was with my BMW, where I had to bring it back multiple times because a warning light kept coming on. After several returns, they finally resolved it. Fast forward several months later, against my better judgment, I decided to bring in my other vehicle, my GMC for 2 issues: 1) replacing a cracked left side mirror, and 2) diagnosing and fixing the check engine light. Our go to mechanics
The only reason why I went to this location is because I received a coupon for this specific service. When the service was finished, they then mentioned that I cannot use the coupon. They are VERY sneaky here and not the friendliest of people. It’s a lot of fake smiling and I won’t be back.
