I like the way the instructors teach the classes, they are very complete and all the exercise that is done during the class you are taking feels good. I recommend this place, everyone there is very kind.

This was my first week. And I must say I Love it. Everyone is so nice and welcoming. I was so nervous at first. But the instructor’s are so patient with you. And the other ladies in the class are so kind and helpful. I work full time , so I think I will start off with 2 days a week. And work my way up.And the best part that I absolutely love is , it’s only 8 mins from my home. If you are looking for a safe and clean and professional fitness center, Mid American Fitness is your place.
Such a great fitness spot. It’s super clean, small enough to feel very comfortable yet offers a wide variety of fitness options. Very friendly owner and front desk staff, always available for last minute schedule change. Trainers are amazing. Parking is never an issue. Great local fitness community!
Awesome classes and instructors! For working Mom's like myself, it can be difficult to find time to exercise. The FIIT 35 class has a super flexible schedule, allowing me to get in more often, and I am seeing amazing results! I also love that I can work out while my daughter does dance classes in the same facility. I highly recommend Mid American Fitness!
