MidAmerican Reps are IGNORANT!!! I received a call from Abby and she informed me that I have a pass due balance of 400 something dollars and I’m due for shut off. I informed Abby that I log into my MidAmerican account everyday and it says $0 is due. And of course I’m thinking it’s right because I haven’t been home due to a car accident I was in and haven’t been home.
