Once again, After weeks of my wife dealing with being locked out of her accounts via the mobile app, them locking her cards, changing password after password, her issue was resolved. Go to deposit a check today and they won’t deposit it due to a new policy and have to verify the check with the writer, even though 50% of the money deposited into this account is from this exact same person/entity who’s also a member of MACU. This bank will take a check from you and hold it for an entire 2 weeks claiming that they have no way to see when the funds are sent to them because it's all done "electronically". Avoid this bank for check deposits unless you want them to hold your money hostage.
This is such a great credit union. Every time I need anything, they make it happen. Long has personally helped me twice and always leaves me feeling confident. Mid American Credit Union is honestly the best. Thank you all.
