Terrible customer service. I had a negative balance for a little bit and then went in to pay the balance in cash. They said I was all good to go and I left. An hour later I tried withdrawing money from my cash app and it wouldn’t work, I then called them and they told me they closed out my checking account and I cannot open another one for 6 months. I went back, took all my money out of my account and closed my account. I Will be going to another bank. They explained nothing to be when I asked why this was happening.
I will not be banking here again.
Awful customer service, act like your money is theirs. Try to close an account, be ready for an hour wait, if you want good customer service and be able to remove your money go elsewhere.
This is the worst bank ever. They take money out of your account without a written agreement. They harass you when a payment is due. You have a 10 grace period and they’re blow up my phone if the payment is 1 day late. Hello I’ve never been “late” on a payment They have got to be the only bank closed for a long holiday weekend and then want to make it the consumers fault because the mortgage wasn’t t paid on the due. Stay open on non holiday days and you’d have your money.
Do not get a loan here. Bad business.
