Loaning me money when I needed it thank you
Terrible customer service. I had a negative balance for a little bit and then went in to pay the balance in cash. They said I was all good to go and I left. An hour later I tried withdrawing money from my cash app and it wouldn’t work, I then called them and they told me they closed out my checking account and I cannot open another one for 6 months. I went back, took all my money out of my account and closed my account. I Will be going to another bank. They explained nothing to be when I asked why this was happening.
